This is the first in our range of traditional Indian products. The mouth-watering Wheat & Ghee laddoo is a Konkani delicacy traditionally called “Pityacho laddoo” in Goa and “Churmundo” in coastal Karnataka.

Fresh Ingredients

Wheat Atta, Sugar, Ghee 5:2:1.5

Homely Preparation and Procedure

  • Heat 1 unit of ghee till it is sufficiently warm
  • Pour the atta and lightly roast till the colour changes
  • Add sugar and mix well
  • Pour the remaining ghee and mix well
  • Knead the resulting mix into laddoos of the desired size

Yummy and Healthy Outcome

Makes about 15-20 laddoos depending on size Recommended serving: Snack & dessert, portion of 1 or 2
