For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean EMCO GOA PRIVATE LIMITED, whose registered/operational office is SHREE DAMODAR KRUPA PRASAD, 1ST FLOOR NO. 269/D, AQUEM BAIXO,MARGAO-GOA 403707. Depending on the context it will also mean/imply "Indyum" the brand under which our food products are sold and which is owned by us or could refer to "Mallya Foods", which is a unit of our company. 

"you", "your", "user", "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your sharing any data about us is  governed by following Privacy Policy:

We greatly value your privacy. In course of business operations, this policy is subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.

We do not (as of Dec-2025) gather any information from you except what is minimally required to deliver your orders to you. This may change if/when we introduce any loyalty programs and/or sales campaigns in the future. At such time we will also spell out how we will use that data. 

By placing an order with us, you understand, acknowledge and agree that:

(a) we need your contact information in order to complete the delivery. This could include but is not limited to your postal address, your mobile number, your email address and any delivery instructions you may communicate to us.

(b) since we engage with 3rd-parties in order to deliver your order, such contact information will need to be passed on to them

(c) we have no control over how the 3rd-parties we contract will use this information

(d) you will not hold us liable for any consequences arising out of your information being misused by any 3rd-party we work with

On our part, we will not spam you or add you to mailing lists without your consent. You understand, acknowledge and agree however, that on account of being our customer we will be eager to inform you about new product launches and may contact you regarding the same and/or to invite you to any events that we are hosting, conducting or participating in. In all such communications we will give you the option of letting us know if you do not wish to be contacted.
